As we reach the halfway point of the school year, we’re asking all students and families to do a quick Mid-Year Digital Check-In. A “digital reset” can help keep our online spaces healthy, positive, and manageable for the rest of the year. Please take a few minutes to reflect: Are my online interactions helping relationships grow? Is my screen time helping me or stressing me out? Am I communicating in a way I feel proud of—being kind, respectful, and protecting privacy? This is also a great time to set simple boundaries (mute a chat, take mini breaks, and make time for offline friends, activities, and rest). Thank you for partnering with us to support strong digital citizenship.
