Last full week of summer activities before the start of the NSAA Conditioning week. There are only 14 MORE DAYS until the start of the 2025 Fall Sports season!!!!

SCHEDULE ALERT: The Panther Youth Football Camp is STILL ON, but will be held indoors in the HPS gyms. Please make sure campers have non-marking tennis shoes to have on the gym floor. Let's finish the camp well!!!

REMINDER: Prior to an athlete practicing on Monday, August 11th, the following items need to be completed:

Current Physical (Form Found Online Under Student Forms)
NSAA Consent Form (Found Online in 25-26 Parent Portal Registration)
Drug Testing Consent Form (Found Online in 25-26 Parent Portal Registration)

If an athlete DOES NOT have these items completed prior to August 11th, they CANNOT PRACTICE.

All forms/registrations can be found on the Hershey Public Schools website, www.hpspanthers.org, or at the main office at Hershey Public Schools.

Dear Hershey Families,

The summer has flown by and we are almost a month away from students coming back to school and us kicking off the 2025 - 2026 school year! There has been a flurry of activity here at HPS this summer with strength & conditioning sessions, camps, staff curriculum work, summer school, and building improvements. I am beyond excited to have students and staff back in the building and seeing Hershey continue to learn, thrive, and grow in the year to come!

This month’s newsletter includes a look back at some key highlights from the past year, along with important reminders for continuing summer events and the start of the new school year.

"SWEEPING THE SHEDS"...PANTHER STYLE!!! On Thursday afternoon, our Hershey Panther senior football players lived out the powerful mantra of the New Zealand All Blacks: “Sweep the Sheds.” With humility and pride, they took time to clean the weight room, clean the locker rooms, and fill low spots on the football field with sand — no job too small when you lead from the front. The day wrapped up with a senior leadership meeting, followed by yard games and a cookout at Coach Stiers’ house — a celebration of character, camaraderie, and commitment. These young men are more than athletes — they’re leaders, and they’re leaving the program better than they found it. 🐾💪 #PANTHERMOJO #LGT

The sessions are as follows: 9-12 Male Athletes: 6:15 AM **Had this incorrect in Previous Posts** 9-12 Female Athletes: 8:00 AM 7-8 Male & Female Athletes: 9:30 AM ---> Transportation from NP Provided - - Pickup Monday thru Thursday at 9:00 AM from St. Anne's Catholic Church. Athletes will return at 11:00 AM to St. Anne's Catholic Church. There is NO CHARGE to take part in these sessions and specialized t-shirts will be awarded for students who meet attendance criteria.
