Hershey teachers participated in the 2nd of 3 instructional rounds on November 30.
Instructional Rounds are an opportunity for teachers to visit classes of peer teachers and make observations based off of our Marzano Instructional Model. After observations, each group of observing teachers discuss and reflect on positive strategies they could implement in their own classrooms.
