On Wednesday, Hershey teachers participated in the first of three instructional rounds for the 2022-23 school year. Instructional Rounds are a process which allows teachers to visit other classrooms and observe high quality instructional strategies being used by their peers. The teachers then meet as a group to reflect on what they have seen and how it might be modified for use in their own classrooms.
Our instructional rounds are led by teachers and centered around Marzano’s Instructional Framework. The teachers who participate in instructional rounds deserve a special thank you as they have volunteered their time for this professional growth opportunity. The teachers who open their classrooms for observation deserve a special thank you as well! We appreciate all that our teachers are doing to continuously strengthen their instructional strategies!
