The ESU #16 T&L Team visited Hershey Public Schools this week to provide a "Self-Care" opportunity for our Elementary Teachers. Teachers were given an opportunity to sign up for a 30 minute time-slot, where one of the T&L team members covered the class while the teacher was able to "fill their cup". "Filling their cup" might have included taking a walk, preparing materials, watching a lesson being modeled, calling a friend, reading, practicing a self- care tip, or getting some answers to a specific question that they may have. The day was a huge success and we are grateful for the T&L Team's efforts. A special thanks to Alison Smith & Amanda Huebner, who graciously took time out of their own day to spend it with us!
