Hershey Junior High Wrestling Tournament Guidance for November 10, 2020
Due to recent COVID cases in our surrounding area the following guidelines will be implemented for the Hershey Junior High Wrestling tournament, which will be held on November 10th. This guidance has been developed by consulting with the West Central District Health Department. Only fans from Hershey will be allowed into the wrestling meet. Due to the number of schools participating it is not possible to keep the groups cohorted by town so the Hershey fans will be the only ones allowed to watch in person. The meet will be livestreamed on the Hershey YouTube channel located at http://bit.ly/hpspanthers.
Each Hershey Wrestler will be allowed 6 immediate household family members to attend the tournament. The school will need those names submitted to the high school office by November 9th at 3:00 PM. Each family member will be temperature checked upon entering the tournament. Any spectator with a temperature over 100 degrees will not be allowed into the tournament. Upon entering the facility each family will have a designated section to sit in. No concessions will be served and no outside food or drinks will be allowed for spectators. Masks are to be worn at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from the tournament.
