Dear Students and Parents,
Beginning Monday, October 12, 2026, with the start of the 2nd quarter, Hershey Public Schools will implement a $5.00 replacement fee for computer bag tags that are lost, missing, or damaged beyond use.
Please review the following information:
First Replacement: Students will receive their first replacement tag at no charge.
Additional Replacements: After the first free replacement, a $5.00 fee will be charged for each additional tag that is lost or destroyed.
Payment Required: The $5.00 fee must be paid before a new tag will be issued. To be paid at office Diana will collect.
Lunch Service: Students are required to have their computer bag tag attached to their bag for lunch service.
We encourage students to take care of their tags and make sure they remain securely attached to their computer bags.
Our goal is to help students develop responsibility for their school-issued items while reducing the number of tags that need to be replaced.
