Hershey Public Schools celebrated Homecoming 2026 with a week full of school spirit, friendly competition, and Panther pride. This year’s theme, “Fun and Games,” brought plenty of creativity and excitement as students and staff participated in activities throughout the week.
Students took part in themed dress-up days, class competitions, Homecoming activities, athletic events, and other opportunities to celebrate together. Homerooms joined in the Homecoming fun with a door decorating competition, and Mrs. Swartz’s homeroom earned the top spot.
Homecoming festivities continued Friday with the annual parade through downtown Hershey. Classes showcased their creativity with floats inspired by the “Fun and Games” theme, and the sophomore class was named the winner of the parade float competition. Following the parade, students, staff, families, and community members gathered for the Homecoming pep rally to build excitement for Friday night’s football game.
Another highlight of the week was recognizing the 2026 Homecoming Court:
Freshman Attendant: Emera Jurgens
Sophomore Attendants: Ashlyn Allen and Jacob Murphy
Junior Attendants: Braislee Wilson and Ty Vaughn
Queen Candidates: Ella Becher, Demi DaMoude, Kyra Hacker, and Elly Jorgensen
King Candidates: Christian Allen, Zane Czarnick, Kale DaMoude, and Ryan Murphy
The Panthers capped off Friday night with an exciting 35–20 victory over Valentine. Following the game, the Homecoming Court took the football field for the crowning ceremony. Christian Allen was crowned the 2026 Homecoming King, and Demi DaMoude was crowned the 2026 Homecoming Queen.
The celebration continued Saturday evening with the Homecoming dance, bringing a memorable week of festivities to a close.
Homecoming is a special tradition at Hershey Public Schools because it brings together students, staff, families, and community members to celebrate what it means to be a Panther. HPS would like to thank everyone who helped make this year’s festivities possible: from those who decorated doors and prepared floats to those who participated in activities, coached and supported our student-athletes, organized events, and came out to cheer on our students.
Go Panthers!
