2026-2027 School Year | Hershey Public Schools

The Hershey HELP Club is ready for another year of supporting students, families, and our school community. Through volunteer efforts, school activities, and fundraising opportunities, HELP Club members work to make a positive difference across Hershey Public Schools.

Get Involved

Families and community members are encouraged to connect with HELP Club and take part in its work throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The club is led by officers Samantha Tyan, Shelby Morrison, and Brandi Janecek. HELP Club information and reminders are also available through the club's Remind group using class code d6742eg.

2026 Meeting Dates

HELP Club meetings are scheduled for September 15, October 20, November 17, and December 15, 2026. All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Hershey Village Office.

Birthday Grams

HELP Club is offering $10 Birthday Grams - or "just because" grams - for both elementary and junior/senior high students. Each gram includes a treat cup filled with candy and fun and is delivered to the student at school.

Families are asked to submit completed forms and payment at least two weeks before the requested delivery date. Payment may be made by cash, check, or Venmo. Please review the appropriate printable form for elementary or junior/senior high students for delivery details.

HELP Club T-Shirts

Support HELP Club by ordering a Hershey HELP Club T-shirt. Shirts are $20, with an additional $2 for 2XL, $3 for 3XL, and corresponding additional charges for larger sizes.

Order forms are due back to the school office by September 18. Payment may be made by cash, check, or Venmo; the order form notes a $1 convenience fee for Venmo payments.
