As we get ready for another great year at Hershey Public Schools, we want to remind all families that there are two separate sets of online forms that must be completed for each student.
✅ 1. Registration Forms
These forms update your student's contact information, emergency contacts, health information, and other important records for the new school year.
✅ 2. Student Handbook Forms
After registration, families must also complete the handbook acknowledgements and required policy forms. These confirm that you and your student have reviewed important school information and expectations.
Completing only one set does not finish the process. Both the Registration Forms and the Handbook Forms must be submitted before your student's online paperwork is considered complete.
📱 How to Complete the Forms
Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal from a browser.
Complete the Registration Forms.
Then complete the Student Handbook Forms.
We encourage families to complete both as soon as possible to ensure your student is ready for the first day of school. Students participating in athletics and activities should also make sure all required paperwork is submitted before practices begin August 10th, 2026.
