Hershey Public Schools invites all parents of student-athletes and activities participants to attend our annual Athletic & Activities Parent Meeting on Tuesday, August 4, at 6:00 p.m. in the HPS Activity Center.
This meeting is designed to help families prepare for a successful 2026-2027 school year by providing important information about Hershey Activities, NSAA expectations, and the policies and procedures that help our programs thrive.
Parents will hear about:
🏆 Activities operations and policies
📘 NSAA rules, eligibility, and expectations for the 2026-2027 school year
🤝 Important information for families as we begin a new athletic and activities season
📣 Next steps for individual fall sports meetings, which will be communicated by each head coach
This meeting is primarily for parents. Student-athletes and NSAA activities participants are welcome to attend, but we strongly encourage parents to be present, as the information shared will help families better understand expectations and support their students throughout the school year.
Incoming 7th and 8th grade families are especially encouraged to attend as they begin their journey in middle school athletics and activities.
