Before school begins, please take a few minutes to complete your student's online registration forms in the Parent PowerSchool Portal. Completing these forms before school starts helps us make sure everything is ready for a smooth first day.

Getting Started is Easy!
Visit hpspanthers.org
Click Menu → Parents → PowerSchool Parent
Log in using your Parent PowerSchool account.
Select Online Registration from the left-hand menu.
Open Registration Forms and complete all pages.
🎒 Attention Incoming 7th Grade Families!
Welcome to junior high—we're excited to have you join us!
Nebraska state requirements for all incoming 7th grade students include:
✅ A current physical examination must be turned in to the school office.
✅ Current immunization (shot) records must be on file before school begins.
✅ If your student plans to participate in sports or activities, their physical must be on file before they may practice or compete.
Completing these requirements early will help make your student's transition into 7th grade as smooth as possible!
🏈🏐 Student-Athletes: Don't Forget Your Physical!
If your student plans to participate in any school sport or activity, a current physical must be turned in to the High School Office before they are allowed to participate in practices or competitions. Please don't wait until the last minute—getting your physical turned in early helps ensure your student is ready to go on day one!
