Hershey Public Schools' 2026–2027 online registration is now open for all students in Preschool through 12th grade! We encourage all families to complete their student's online registration as soon as possible to ensure a smooth start to the new school year.
Kindergarten Requirements
Before the first day of school, all Kindergarten students must have the following on file with the school office:
✅ Current immunization (shot) records
✅ Current physical examination
✅ Vision examination
✅ Birth certificate (if not already on file)
Important Information for Students in Grades 7–12
Students in grades 7–12 who plan to participate in athletics or school activities must complete their online registration by Sunday, August 9, 2026.
All required online forms must be completed before a student will be allowed to participate in any practice for sports or activities.

Students in Grades 8–12
Students participating in any sport or school activity must have a
current physical on file before they may begin practice.
Completing these requirements early will help ensure your student is ready for both the first day of school and the start of the fall sports and activities season.
