Hershey Public Schools was proud to be represented at the 2026 West Nebraska All-Star Football and Volleyball Games in Scottsbluff. Jaydon Parker was selected to participate in the 48th Annual West Nebraska All-Star Football Game, while Ryleigh Melvin was selected for the 42nd Annual West Nebraska All-Star Volleyball Game.
Athletes were nominated by their high school coaches and selected by the All-Star coaches to take part in these special events. Being chosen is a great honor and recognizes the hard work, dedication, and talent these students showed throughout their high school careers.
The West Nebraska All-Star Football Game was played at Bearcat Stadium in Scottsbluff. The East team defeated the West by a final score of 16-7. The West held a 7-6 lead at halftime, but the East scored all 10 points in the second half to secure the win.
Fans also enjoyed an exciting volleyball match at Cougar Palace in Scottsbluff. The East defeated the West in five sets to win the 42nd Annual West Nebraska All-Star Volleyball Match. The final scores were 23-25, 25-20, 25-12, 23-25, and 15-9.
The West Nebraska All-Star Games bring together outstanding student-athletes from across the region and also help support local organizations through a portion of the proceeds.
