PK–6 Parent-Teacher Conferences Sign-Up Now Open
Dear Hershey Elementary Parents and Families,
The sign-up link for our upcoming PK–6 Parent-Teacher Conferences is now active. We invite all families to take a few minutes to schedule a time to meet with your child’s teacher and discuss their learning, progress, and continued growth.
Conference Dates and Times
Thursday, March 19: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday, March 20: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please note the following schedule adjustments during conference week:
PK–12 Early Dismissal: Thursday, March 19 at 2:30 PM
TK–6 Students: No school on Friday, March 20
Parent-teacher conferences are an important opportunity for us to strengthen the partnership between school and home. Your involvement plays a vital role in your child’s success. During these conversations, teachers will share examples of your child’s academic growth, classroom progress, and accomplishments, while also discussing areas where we will continue to encourage and challenge them to grow.
These meetings allow us to work together to ensure every student continues moving forward with confidence and success. We truly value the time spent connecting with families and look forward to seeing each of you at conferences.
Scheduling Your Conference
Please use the following link to schedule your 15-minute conference session with your child(ren)’s teacher(s):

Conference times are first-come, first-served, so we encourage families to sign up early to secure a time that works best for your schedule.
For families with multiple children, we encourage scheduling conferences with enough time between sessions to allow for a smooth transition between classrooms.
For families with split households, we kindly encourage parents/guardians to work together to schedule one conference session so that everyone can hear the same information and participate in the conversation together.
Entering the Building
Parents may enter the building through the South or West entrance and proceed directly to your child’s classroom.
Additional Information
If your child has an Individual Education Plan (IEP), Mrs. Ballentine and/or Mrs. Blessin may join the conference to provide a quarterly update and reflect on the work your child is accomplishing through their support services.
If you would like to meet with one of your child’s specials teachers (Library, Music, Guidance, Art, Physical Education, or Band), we encourage you to reach out to them via email to arrange an alternate meeting time.
