Due to no school on Friday, October 31 for the State Football Playoffs, our Panthers in grades PK–6 will celebrate Halloween a little early! We’re looking forward to a fun-filled day of creativity, laughter, and community spirit!
👻 Costume Guidelines
Anything that can be sprayed or thrown should stay at home—it often becomes a distraction.
Small amounts of face paint are allowed until it becomes disruptive (please avoid paint on arms and hands).
Costumes must be school-appropriate: no gore, weapons, or scary masks.
Students may wear their costume all day or change prior to the parade.
Students may change into their costume using their designated bathrooms:
Grades K–2: lower elementary bathrooms
Grades 3–6: upper elementary bathrooms
Students should be able to manage costumes independently (no makeup or hair changes requiring assistance).
🍬 Classroom Parties
Classroom parties will begin at 2:15 PM.
Only parents who have signed up or been asked to help by their child’s teacher may attend.
Please touch base with your classroom teacher regarding food and allergies before sending snacks or treats.
🎭 Parade of Costumes
The annual TK–6 Parade will begin at 3:00 PM in the competition gym.
The public is welcome to attend.
Visitors are to enter through the Activity Center entrance.
Doors will unlock at 2:40 PM.
Visitors should sit on the home (north) bleachers.
The parade will also be live-streamed on the Hershey Panthers YouTube Channel — don’t forget to click the red SUBSCRIBE button so you don’t miss it!
After the Parade:
Students will return to their classrooms with teachers to collect backpacks and belongings.
If you plan on taking your child home after the parade, please meet them outside the west elementary entrance/exit.
Students will then either find their parent outside or ride the bus home as usual.
If you plan on taking your child, please email your child’s teacher ahead of time so they have a general idea.
🚗 Parking & Entrance Information
Parents and visitors may park in the south or west gravel lots.
Handicap parking is available in the south concrete lot.

We can’t wait to celebrate a safe, spirited, and fun Halloween event with our Panther family! 🐾🎃
