Holiday Concert Information Guide
We are thrilled to welcome you to this year’s Holiday Concert, a special evening filled with joy, music, and festive cheer! Below are all the details you need to make the night a memorable experience for everyone.

Performance Schedule
PK-3 Performance: 6:00 PM
Students should arrive to their classrooms by 5:45 PM.
Performance: “The 12 Days of Christmas”—a beloved classic that will spread holiday cheer to all!
Special Visitor: Santa Claus will visit after the performance to hand out candy canes to our youngest stars.
4-6 Performance: 6:45 PM
Students should arrive in their classrooms by 6:30 PM.
Performance: “Christmas Around the World”—a delightful musical journey showcasing songs and traditions from various cultures.
Arrival and Entry
Doors open at 5:35 PM for PK-3 families and spectators.
All students should report directly to their classrooms at their designated times.
Entry Point:
Students will use the west elementary doors
All other spectators shall enter the west Activity Center doors.
Concert Flow
Following each performance, students will exit the stage and walk to the commons area, where they will receive a candy cane from Santa.
Parents and spectators will be released from the Activity Center after the performance to pick up their child in the commons area.
Please note: Students will not return to their classrooms after the concert.
Parking and Seating
Parking is available in the designated school lots. Please allow time for walking to the west entrance.
Seating is first come, first served in the Activity Center.
