Meal offerings for students aged 1-18 beginning on April 14th through the Federal Summer School Lunch Program
Hershey Public Schools will begin offering a drive through Breakfast & Lunch Pickup that will be available to all district children ages 1-18 beginning on Tuesday, April 14th between 11:00 AM and Noon at no cost to the families and is provided through the federal summer school lunch program that has been adapted because of COVID-19. This service will be available three days a week. The week of April 13-17, it will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Beginning the week of April 20th it will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and continue on those days throughout the service time. This service will run through June 30th, 2020. The breakfast and lunch will be available for seven days a week. Each day you will receive food in pre-packaged bags for two or more days at a time. We are encouraging you to call the school secretary the first week to determine how many meals we should make. Please call 308-368-5572 and give the names of the children participating to the school secretary.
The drive though service will be served at the bus doors. You will enter the paved parking lot south of the school and drive around to the bus doors. Please place the names of your children on the passenger side dash of your vehicle. Do not park and get out of your vehicle. Please do not congregate or consume meals on-site.
